The Challenge
AllSeater needed a scalable website for managing season tickets through a transparent and fair lottery system. The site required an intuitive UX for companies and participants while being optimized for growth, utilizing features like Accessibility, SEO, and Analytics.
Our Approach
The Red Door Interactive team built a web application using Kentico Xperience CMS, offering seamless ticket management with a robust admin portal, participant lottery features, and a notification engine to streamline the entire process.
Flexibility for the Win
When AllSeater needed a CMS that could keep up with the rapid changes of a growing startup, Red Door delivered. By choosing Kentico Xperience, we provided a CMS that allowed AllSeater to adapt their site on the fly—making updates without constant development costs. With Kentico’s flexible CMS, AllSeater had the freedom to evolve their corporate ticket management system quickly, keeping their messaging fresh as their business grew.
Game-Changing Portals
At the heart of this project was AllSeater’s unique ticket management software, designed to streamline season ticket allocation. We built two key portals to enhance this experience: an admin portal where companies could manage ticket distributions and a participant portal where users could claim and confirm tickets. With our user-centered design and Kentico Xperience’s built-in features, we enabled AllSeater to offer a seamless experience, simplifying ticket management at every touchpoint.
The Scoreboard
The results exceeded expectations. AllSeater’s engagement rate reached an impressive 76%, far above the industry benchmark of 56%. With a bounce rate of just 24% (compared to the industry standard of 45%) and an average engagement time of over a minute, the site’s intuitive design kept users engaged and returning. This project was more than just a CMS build—it was a scalable, user-friendly foundation for AllSeater’s season ticket management software and future growth in the ticketing space.
